Qetaab financial reports help you review performance, financial position and outstanding balances. Choose the reporting dates and basis, then use account detail to investigate the figures.
Income statement
Review revenue and expenses over a selected period. Use totals for a simple summary, compare periods to see changes, or read across monthly columns.
Balance sheet and changes in equity
Read assets, liabilities and equity as of a date. The equity statement explains changes over a period and reports whether it reconciles to the balance sheet.
Cash flow
Review the movement between opening and closing cash through operating, investing and financing activity. The report shows whether its sections account for the change.
Trial balance and General Ledger
Check account balances and debit and credit totals, then inspect account postings in the General Ledger. An income statement account opens its selected period; cumulative reports provide account history.

Can I compare reporting periods?
Yes. The income statement supports period comparisons and monthly columns. The balance sheet supports comparisons between dates.
Does changing the reporting basis change journal entries?
No. A cash or accrual reporting view changes how supported reports present the records. It does not rewrite the posted journal.
Can these reports file a tax return?
No. Financial reports support bookkeeping and accountant review. Opening or exporting a report does not file or transmit a tax return.
