A paid plan will add two things, because each costs money every time it runs: bank and card accounts that bring their transactions in on their own, and AI that suggests categories and reads receipts and statements. Paid checkout and online invoice payments aren't open yet, so these prices describe the planned subscriptions.

Three plans
Free costs nothing and asks for no card. Plus is $10 a month, or $100 a year. Practice is $50 a month, or $500 a year, for a practice that wants live bank feeds and AI across its clients. A year paid upfront costs the same as 10 months. The two paid plans add live bank feeds and AI; everything else is the same on all three.

Two ways in
Start through the door that fits. A business owner gets their own books. An accountant or bookkeeper gets a practice from the start, and keeps any number of clients’ books at no charge. Books a practice opens for a client take the practice’s plan: a practice on Free has clients on Free, and a practice on a paid plan shares its live bank feeds and AI with them. Joining an existing team by invitation keeps that team’s current plan; it does not start a new one.
What the limits mean
Businesses and people are not limited on any plan: add as many sets of books and as many people as you need, and nothing is counted. A live bank feed is a bank or card account connected through Plaid that pulls transactions on its own, on the paid plans; importing a statement file is free and never counts. An AI categorisation is one transaction the assistant drafts a category for, pooled across your businesses each calendar month. Emailed invoices are the invoices and reminders Qetaab sends for you; on Free the monthly number guards against misuse of free sign-up, and support can help if you reach it. You can always download the PDF and send it yourself.
Payment availability
Card checkout and online invoice payments are not available in the pilot. Prices shown describe the planned subscriptions; you cannot purchase an upgrade here yet. Record payments received outside Qetaab in your books. We will explain payment availability and subscription terms before paid access opens.

Is Qetaab really free?
Yes. Your books, as many businesses and people as you need, and your accountant are free, and no card is asked for. Only live bank feeds and AI need a paid plan, because each costs money every time it runs. Paid upgrades will become available after checkout launches.
I’m an accountant. What does it cost?
Nothing. Start through the accountant door and keep any number of clients’ books at no charge. A practice on a paid plan shares its live bank feeds and AI with the clients whose books it keeps.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes as many people as you need. There is no per-seat price on any plan.
Can an accountant see my books?
Yes, on every plan, Free included: you invite your accountant like anyone else, and their practice sees your books in its dashboard until you remove them.
Is check printing really free?
Yes, on every plan, with the check designer. You supply the printer, ink and blank or preprinted check stock; Qetaab prints on voucher, standard and wallet layouts with alignment adjustment and a print queue.
Can I cancel?
Contact support to cancel. Your paid plan continues to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free: the same books, without live bank feeds or AI, and nothing is deleted. An account still on a trial from before Qetaab was free moves to Free the same way if the trial ends unpaid.
What happens if a renewal isn’t paid?
At the end of the paid period the account moves to Free, and Settings says which plan ended and when. Your books stay open and nothing is deleted, but live bank feeds and AI stop. The renewal invoice stays open: pay it and the paid plan comes back from the day you pay.
Is there a per-check or per-invoice fee?
No. The number of invoices, checks, bank transactions or people you add does not change the price, within the plan’s limits. Free charges nothing at all.
