Set your company logo, colour and display mode

Your workspace carries the company identity while each person can use the light, dark or system display that suits their device.

Who this is for

Anyone can choose a display mode. An owner or admin manages the shared company logo and colour.

Before you start

Open the company whose appearance you want to inspect.
For a logo change, use a PNG, JPEG or WebP image.

Availability

Shared company branding needs the hosted app. Light, Dark and System display modes also work in the local build and stay on that device.

Steps

Open Settings & Close and choose Appearance. Under Your display mode, choose Light, Dark or System. The choice takes effect immediately and stays on this device.
Under Company workspace, choose a preset colour or enter a six-digit hex colour. The light and dark previews show navigation, a button, a link, a table row, keyboard focus and an alert before anything is shared.
Choose a logo to preview it locally. It is not uploaded until you choose Save company appearance. The logo is also used on the company invoices and payment pages.
Choose Save company appearance to share the logo and colour with everyone who opens this company. Cancel restores the saved appearance without uploading the selected logo.
Reset branding colour restores the standard Qetaab workspace colour. It does not remove the company logo or change invoice content.

What you should see

The company logo appears beside its name and the readable workspace colour follows the company; your own display mode remains personal to this device.

If it goes wrong

If Settings says the branding changed after you opened it, another owner or admin saved first. Reopen Appearance, review the current version and make the change again. A failed save changes nothing for other users.
