Company settings

Design your invoice and add your logo

Invoices and statements your customers receive carry your look and your logo.

Who this is for
Owner or admin.
Before you start
  • A logo image file, if you want one on documents.
Availability
Invoice design is available in the hosted app and the local build. Logo upload is a hosted feature.

Steps

  1. Open Settings & Close and choose Sales & invoices. Design your invoice starts from a template and lets you adjust the document with a live preview.
  2. Choose Data & account and find Your logo to upload the image shown on invoices and statements. Qetaab’s own mark appears on none of the documents your customers receive.
  3. Printed reports carry a small “Prepared with Qetaab™” line unless an accounting practice’s own mark takes its place (Business → Your practice’s mark, practice accounts only).
  4. Open Invoices and choose Preview on any invoice to see the result as the customer sees it.

What you should see

Preview and Download PDF show the chosen design with your logo.

If it goes wrong

If the logo does not appear, check the file uploaded without an error on the Your logo card, then reopen the invoice preview; the card reports the accepted formats.
