Understand your plan and allowances

Steps

1. Qetaab is free, and no card is needed. The Free plan includes as many businesses and people as you need, access for your accountant, and everything in the books. Live bank feeds and AI are on the paid plans, Plus and Practice, and that is all a paid plan adds.
2. Open Settings & Close and choose Plan & usage. Your plan names the plan and its price. On a paid plan it also shows the renewal date, and it lists what has been billed.
3. Plan allowances shows Businesses, People (members and pending invitations), Live bank accounts, AI categorisations and Invoice emails as used-of-included, with a bar for each finite allowance and a note on what counts.
4. On Free, bring bank transactions in by importing a statement file (QBO, QFX, OFX or CSV), and choose each category yourself. Statement imports are free and never count against anything.
5. AI categorisations and invoice emails reset on the 1st of each month, pooled across your businesses. Free sends a set number of invoice emails a month, a guard against misuse of free sign-up; if you reach it, contact support.
6. When an allowance is full, the action that needs it (for example connecting a bank feed) says which plan allows more. Paid upgrades are not available during the pilot.
7. An account that started with a trial of a paid plan keeps it until the date shown; if it is not paid, the account carries on with Free and nothing is deleted. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page, which is the only place they are published.

What you should see

The card reflects your plan and usage as the server counts them.

If it goes wrong

If Plan & usage is missing, you are in the local build, which has no plan. If a count looks wrong, choose Refresh; pending invitations count as people until accepted or withdrawn.
